Spruce at LBP-Spectacular Lake Michigan views-Sleeps 20

Our newly built Spruce house was designed to provide large families and groups up to 20 guests with a comfortable eating and living space, all with stunning views of Lake Michigan. This four story home has two wrap around decks perfect for watching the sunset, 8 bedrooms (3 master suites), 5.5 baths, three living rooms, and ample seating for 20-25 guests in our large dining area and modern kitchen with stainless steal appliances. A washer and dryer is available along with amenities to make it easy for multiple families and groups to share this spacious home.

For additional space for up to 30 guests, rent our attached Poplar house, which provides 2 additional bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 living room, and 1.5 baths. *Spruce and Poplar are automatically rented as one unit during high season (summer). 

The Frankfort,MI area is home to a deep water marina, Stormcloud Brewery, Pointe Betsie Lighthouse, Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore, Arcadia Bluffs Golf Courses, wine tours, and nearby skiing at Crystal Mountain. Enjoy our property at Lake Bluff Preserve to hike, mountain bike and explore the dune and forests. Snowshoeing and cross country skiing can be enjoyed from your front door in the Winter. Crystal and Platte Lakes and the Betsie and Platte rivers provide sportsmen with fishing, kayaking, tubing and swimming with many gear rental  businesses in the area.

Very close proximity to M-22, Lake Bluff Preserve makes a great meeting point for car and motorcycle touring clubs, wine tourists, retreats, reunions, and golf, skiing, and snowboarding groups heading up to Northern Michigan.
