Our Custom Dune house is surrounded by our charming woods on the lower bluffs of the Lake Bluff Preserve. Enjoy high ceilings, an open living room, kitchen, and dining room. Two bedroom suites are available on the main floor and can accommodate up to 6 guests. The winding wooden stairway to the second floor offers views of the lower rooms from the walkway and has 6 bedrooms.
Dune House is surrounded by woods and trails full of wildlife and beauty. Take a short walk to the upper bluffs for spectacular views of Lake Michigan.
The Frankfort,MI area is home to a deep water marina, Stormcloud Brewery, Pointe Betsie Lighthouse, Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore, Arcadia Bluffs Golf Courses, wine tours, and nearby skiing at Crystal Mountain. Enjoy our property at Lake Bluff Preserve to hike, mountain bike and explore the dune and forests. Snowshoeing and cross country skiing can be enjoyed from your front door in the Winter. Crystal and Platte Lakes and the Betsie and Platte rivers provide sportsmen with fishing, kayaking, tubing and swimming with many gear rental businesses in the area.
Very close proximity to M-22, Lake Bluff Preserve makes a great meeting point for car and motorcycle touring clubs, wine tourists, retreats, reunions, and golf, skiing, and snowboarding groups heading up to Northern Michigan.

M22 Lakeshore Trail began management of Lake Bluff Preserve in 2019.
Meet our Team:
Host: Bob Adams is certified master gardener and you may see his handy work throughout the Property, he is also an Amazon author and a lifestyle blogger and an avid golfer. He can recommend great golf courses all along M22 to play!
Host: Nancy Albrecht is a Realtor® Associate Broker with over twenty years of experience with Real Estate One in the greater Traverse City area. She has memberships in the Traverse City Chamber of Commerce, Economic Club, and Women’s Counsel of Realtors.
Reservations: Dawn Sloboda joined the M22 Lakeshore Trail to handle reservations in December of 2019 after moving back to Michigan. In her former life she was a Planner at a large Ad agency in NYC, a Facilities Analyst for a Pharmaceutical Company and store manager for the Indiana Dunes National Park. She currently also manages her own small business.
The M22 Lakeshore Trail promotes golf, lifestyle amenities and real estate along the iconic M-22 highway corridor in NW Michigan.
